At The Basketball Experience, we believe that our team members are the heart of our programs. While we may not always have immediate openings, we are constantly seeking dedicated individuals who share our passion for youth development and basketball. What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who:

• Have a strong passion for basketball and youth development.
• Possess a solid understanding of basketball fundamentals (coaching positions)
• Have experience coaching or training youth basketball (preferred, but not always required).
• Are enthusiastic, patient, and positive role models.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are reliable and punctual.
• Are able to pass a background check (over 18 years old)
• Have a desire to help young athletes grow.
