Description:

Registration is only open to students who are enrolled in the first semester of this class until Dec. 9th. After that time, places will no longer be held for first semester students and anyone may register. First semester students must have the appropriate membership form that you should have received in an email.

Complete Volunteer Forms prior to registering. Every child must have a membership in order to receive a tuition discount on tuition. 

The second semester of a year-long class.

A mathematics-intensive high school course that gives students a rigorous foundation in chemistry. Over the year, material will include such topics as kinetics, acids and bases, solutions, atomic structure, and gas. Students who take this course should be well prepared for a challenging university-level chemistry course. Includes labs. Prerequisite: Algebra. Homework: 2-4 hours per week.

Students supply Introductory Chemistry: Concepts and Critical Thinking (6th Edition)
