Life is short: eat dessert first! Students learn the basics of cooking while preparing delicious treats such as chocolate mousse, pudding, cookies, trifle, ambrosia, fudge, churros, and more. Why show your work when you can eat it?

NOTE: Students with food allergies should not enroll unless they can manage their dietary restrictions.
