Description:

To receive audition information for the play Our Town, purchase this zero-cost activity to receive an email with the audition times and script material to prepare. The email will arrive sometime in July.

Rehearsal will be held on THURSDAYS from 3-5pm at the Learning Center, beginning 9/4 and running every week throughout September and October (i.e., 9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, and 10/30).

Students must be 14-19 years of age by Sept. 4th.

Auditions - Thursday, August 21st

Callbacks - Thursday, August 28th

Students must be cast to participate.

Performances would ideally be either the week of 11/9 or 11/16.

This class will teach students all the necessary skills to perform on stage, and will include focus on characterization, stage movement, projection, articulation, and teamwork. The class will culminate in a performance open to the public.

No registration is necessary until after the casting is complete.

If you prefer to work backstage, then please fill out a form and mark at the top the word "Ninja" above your name on the audition form. We will interview you for that position rather than have you read the monologues.

Tuition for actors: $250

Tuition for crew members/ninjas: $110
