Have you ever noticed that picture books have some wonderful artwork? Enjoy some of your favorite stories and pay close attention to the illustrations. We’ll create artwork in the style of some of these unsung masters as well as artwork that follows the theme as some well-loved books. Tying literature to artwork helps students dive deeper into engagement with the book and gives purpose to the art. 

Students supply: a smock or an old t-shirt to cover up clothes. 

Tuition: $120/$87.60 for volunteers
