The second semester of a year-long class. Each semester has its own tuition and supply fee.

A mathematics-intensive high school course that gives students a rigorous foundation in chemistry. Over the year, material will include such topics as kinetics, acids and bases, solutions, atomic structure, and gas. Students who take this course should be well prepared for a challenging university-level chemistry course. Includes labs. Prerequisite: Algebra. Homework: 3-5 hours per week.

Students supply Introductory Chemistry: Concepts and Critical Thinking (6th Edition) 

14 weeks, ending 5/7

Tuition: $250 for 2 hours, 14 weeks/$182.50 for volunteers
