Kids learn how to stay safe using Aikido’s peaceful style—redirecting energy, staying balanced, and protecting themselves without hurting anyone else. Students build confidence as they practice calm, controlled movements and discover how powerful cooperation and respect can be. Training shifts from gentle and smooth to active and exciting, depending on each student’s comfort and pace, so everyone feels confident jumping in. As the founder Morihei Ueshiba said, “Always practice the Art of Peace in a vibrant and joyful manner.”

Tuition: $120/$87.60 for volunteers
