Description:
New class! Tora! Tora! Tora! Beginning with the Japanese-Russo War and continuing through Japan's invasion of China, we will explore the rise of the Japanese Empire and the effect this had on the Pacific countries and the world. We will follow the events leading up to the bombing of Pearl Harbor and explore the United States’ choice to use the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Kamikaze planes, the Japanese Emperor, and the rising sun will all be featured in this thrilling World War II class. Time: 12pm, ending 5/5 Tuition: $105 for 14 weeks/$94.50 for volunteers Supply Fee: $5
