High 5, Inc. is a community-based 501c3 non-profit organization that impacts lives daily by providing four main pillars of service in youth drowning prevention, special needs education, after-school care, and sports and recreation. Its campus sits on 12 1/2 acres and boasts 10 tennis courts (4 hard, 6 clay), a 10-lane 25 yard pool, a 50-meter pool w/ diving well, a gym, a cafe, and multiple classrooms and sports fields. High 5 conducts more than 10,000 swimming lessons per year. High 5 also offers after-school programming at its main campus in addition to Hillsborough County School sites. Students engage in enriching curriculum though after-school clubs in robotics, culinary, arts & crafts, sports and community involvement. Students have opportunities to listen to guest speakers, interact with local business leaders and experience educational, hands on field trips.
