Description:
LOCATION: Fishhawk Aquatic Club The summer swim team is designed as an introduction to competitive swimming for intermediate to advanced level swimmers. Swimmer must know freestyle and backstroke and able to swim 25 yards of each. During this training, the focus will be on the following skills. Swimmers will have a chance to compete at three High 5 meets and an end of season championship meet.

Required age: 6 - 18 on the day of the activity
Notes: July 3rd will be at High 5/ NO PRACTICE JULY 4th
Requirements: Swimmers must be at least 6 years of age and able to swim at least 25 yards of freestyle (face in the water, arms coming out of the water) and 25 yards backstroke without stopping.
