Our competitive program offers cheerleading at a higher intensity. Competitive teams will practice four hours weekly and each team will attend multiple competitions throughout the season. An end of the season showcase will take place for all recreational and competitive athletes to show their hard work and dedication this is called our Cheer Expo. Each athlete will be automatically enrolled in our Cheer Badge Program, this program is aimed to set athletes up to achieve basic skill development for the sport. This program works athletes through the progressions of the sport and is a requirement for transitions to competitive teams.

The location does have water taps but there is no water fountains, a water bottle should be brought to practice for hydration. Outside food should be avoided during practice times, but small snacks can be brought with athletes if needed.

Price

Price for full year of competitive cheer will be $1,800.00. This will equate to $200/monthly.

Uniform not included; competition fees not included. These costs are estimated at $500.00 for uniforms and $200 for competition fees. 

Fundraisers

We will be holding two fundraisers this season. We will be giving out a document for sponsorship/donation fundraiser right away. This fundraiser will go towards families to fundraise for their uniforms. If an athlete already has a uniform and choose to participate in this fundraiser, their funds will go towards other fees in the season (competition fees, team party costs, team merch etc.).

Practice Wear

Athletes should come to practice in athletic wear. This can be any form of t-shirt or tank top that is not overly baggy. Bottoms can be shorts, skirts, or an athletics/yoga type pant. Each athlete is responsible for acquiring a pair of all white shoes, flyers are asked to purchase cheer specific white shoes.

We ask large sweaters and sweatpants be removed prior to any stunting at practice, athletes are welcome to wear these items during warm ups, or other portions but to have proper athletic wear (as above) during stunting portions. Oversized and baggy clothing during stunting becomes a safety risk. No jewelry allowed on the mat (small studs earrings allowed). No food or chewing gum allowed on the mat.

Every athlete will be supplied with practice wear for this season that is included in tuition costs. Each coach will decide practice dates dedicated to practicewear. 

Uniforms

We have a very small number of competitive uniforms in stock and will be ordering additional uniforms for those who would like to rent their uniform instead of purchasing. Competitive uniform rentals will cost $275.00 for the season. This goes towards actual purchase of the uniform and dry cleaning costs. Uniform rental must be generic sizing and not custom. The uniform for rent cannot be altered. Any damage to the uniform will result in paying full cost.

For those who are looking to purchase their uniform our supplier will be giving out prices for shipments and costs once order is place; we anticipate costs around $500.00. Once purchased the uniform is yours, and you will have the option for a custom size. Our fundraisers will help families with these costs if you choose.

Bows are included in tuition, if your bow is misplaced or damaged there will be a short supply on hand if you are needing to purchase a new one. Cost for bow will depend on the supplier/design.

 

Please note there is a slight decrease in practice hours on Wednesdays in comparison to other prep level competitive teams - this will be time given as a set number of private tumbling lessons
