Welcome to our 2022 - 23 Season!

FULL season of gymnastics classes, sign up only once for the whole season (September - June)**

ATTEND class on the same day, same time of the week: Tue, Thur, Sat, or Sun. 

Choose 2 classes a week to improve faster and get 10% discount.

If a class is filled, please sign up to be on the waiting list. You will be notified as soon as a space becomes available.

No previous experience necessary except for the the Advanced Classes

Pre-school with Parent – walking to 4 yr old with 1 parent, 45 min (4+ yr old not comfortable going solo may start here)

Kindernastics - solo participation for 4 to 5.9 yr old, 60 min (if uncomfortable, start in Pre-school w Parent, change later)

Boys or Girls Junior Gym – 6 to 9 yr 11 month old, 1.5 hr (do 2 classes/wk to improve faster, book together to save 10%)

Boys Senior Gym – 10 yr +, 1.5 hr

Girls Senior Gym – 10 yr +, 2 hr (do 2 classes/wk to improve faster, book in the same invoice to save 10%)

4 hr/wk Advanced Jr Girls (mini) - 2 x 2 hr/wk, potential for competitive stream (by recommmendation or meets pre-requisit

4hr/wk Advanced Sr Girls - 2 x 2 hr/wk, minimum passed level 4 and mastering of specific skills (see listing for details)

Acronatics - 1 hr/wk, focus on floor acro skills; for dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts

Coach to student ratio – 1: 8 in all classes except PreK &Parent (1:10)

**Flexibility - Sign up and pay for a minimum of 2 months. At time of registration, your initial payment covers your first and the final month (usually June). Your spot is reserved for your child till June of next year. Subsequent payments are due on the 5th (or the same day of your registration) starting on the 2nd month. 1st and 2nd charges can be closer than 1 month if initial payment does not covering 2 months. Option to discontinue/withdraw before June: 60 days (2 calendar months) advance notice by writing (reply to original booking confirmation)

*Covid protocol: Please do NOT attend class if not well (showing symptoms, fever, cough, runny nose etc).  For the safety of your child and our staff, Covid protocols must be followed. They include (but not limit to) screening at entrance, masks for staff and students, one directional traffic flow to avoid mixing of groups (front door entry, back door dismissal), specail cleaning of equipment. 

Additional Fee: $45 Membership and Insurance (with provincial sport association), valid from July 2022 - June 2023

Curriculum: National program designed by Gymnastics Canada. Junior and Senior Gym has 12 levels. Levels achieved are recorded in the system. Our coach always know your level and will teach accordingly. No need to change class after passing a level.
