Structured Gymnastics Class for Girl, 10 - 14yr old 

- 2 hour in our professional gym with apparatur for all Olympic event in Artistic Gymnastics

- Certified coaches

- Curriculum: national recreation Gymnastics program with 12 levels, achievement are recorded in the system. Hence, our coaches know your level and teach accordingly. No need to change class after passing a level

- Coach to student ratio 1:8

- physical distancing and masks are encouraged for safety

- cleaning procedures to be followed by staff and participants

- Class viewing for parents: Reserved in the system, Amilia, in advance. Link to booking will be sent with your registration confirmation (25 min timed slot about mid point of class).

Notes: Please - For your child's safety, please talk to him/her about listening to coach and following instructions before class. No climbing on equipment until coaches give instructions - arrive 5 minutes early to use the washroom - if you are late, still use the washroom - dress in comfortable, sportive clothing with no buttons or loose pieces for safety - do NOT wear fit bit, dresses, skirts, tutus, jewelries, - Long hair MUST be tied back - Bring a water bottle - do NOT bring electronics or cash - cel phone must be handed to office or coach for safe keeping during class time. - Leave shoes on shelves before class (children practice in bare feet) and go in when coaches signal - please do NOT enter the practice area without a coach or staff - Parents may leave the premises but be available on a cel phone - Drop off on time (not early nor unsupervised) - Pick up (return 5 min before class ends)
