Description:
This class is perfect for anyone who has mastered level 3 +
This class will focus on drills and progressions for standing series to tuck/layout, standing tuck, running layout and level 4 specialty passes, this class will also have a focus on Twisting and Drills to learn air awareness
Mandatory membership(s):

- 2 Classes per Week Membership
- 1 Class Per Week Membership
