Description:

Boxing and fitness are tough, but you can do it! Learn boxing skills such as throwing jabs, hooks, and uppercuts while working at a beginner's pace. This is the perfect class to get started, and we know once you try it, you'll be hooked! 

To help serve as many people as possible, please register for only ONE Boxercise session per season.

Required age: Over 18 years old as of 1/16/2025
