A sensory experience, connecting with nature and yourself. Reflect, relax, and care for your mental well being in this calming activity. Then, finish with light refreshments.
Meet at Meadows Park Community Center at 9am-11am on a specific Tuesday each month on February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13
