Valorant Pro Team Development is an advanced competitive esports experience for students who demonstrate the skill, commitment, communication, and professionalism required for organized team competition. Students operate as members of a structured esports team with defined roles, practice expectations, performance reviews, and competitive goals.

Training includes advanced strategy, map preparation, agent composition, utility coordination, opponent analysis, communication systems, replay study, mental preparation, and tournament performance. Students are expected to receive coaching, apply feedback, support teammates, and represent Gamify U professionally.

Placement may require an evaluation, tryout, attendance commitment, or completion of Valorant Fundamentals.

Student Outcomes: Competitive team portfolio, defined player role, advanced match analysis, tournament participation, performance evaluation, and team credential or recognition.
