Description:
Let's get outside and paint! This course is for observational artists, interested in interpreting the world through direct interaction. On rainy days, classes are held at KSOA or other indoor settings, while better days are out in the elements. Materials such as watercolours and inks, acrylics or oils, or coloured pastels and pencils are the choice of the participant. This course is about discovering subject matter, seeing values and colour shifts, practicing painting the light in step-by-step stages, and finding the joys of art in the immediacy. Open to beginners and advanced alike.
