Description:
Students will learn about modern dye traditions and processes, pretreating and Fee breakdown: $100 in course fees + $20 in materials
preparing fabric for dyeing, dyeing with natural extracts and local raw materials, and using these processes for a variety of projects including dyed socks, embroidery thread and yarn, and painted bandanas

Required age: Over 16 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: Recommended extra materials: aprons, rubber gloves, recycled plastic containers for transporting finished dyed projects.
