This is a camp geared for kids 8-11

This camp is geared for ALL kids to help them learn tools for emotion regulation, emotion identification, and emotional coping. It's also perfect for kids with anxiety, worry, and stress. Kids will learn tools to help them in situations with big emotions that sometimes are hard to manage. They will end the camp with a special kit they get to take home with all the tools they learned.

Camp Calm also includes special lessons in yoga, get art instruction, snack creation, AND MORE! 

Camp Calm is run in conjunction with our sister buisness Lehigh Valley Center for Child and Family Development (LVCCFD). LVCCFD is a psychology practice with trained clinicians to helpe your child learn these tools effectively! 

*Want to extend your camp day! After Camp Calm stay for our Creation Station Extension, Yoga Extension, Open Create Extension, or make it a full day by adding extensions AND our Art Explorers Camp too!
