This is a camp geared for kids 5-7! 

This camp is geared for ALL kids to help them learn tools for emotion regulation, emotion identifcation, and emotional coping. It's also perfect for kids with anxiety, worry, and stress. Kids will learn tools to help them in situations with big emotions that sometimes are hard to manage. They will end the camp with a special kit they get to take home with all the tools they learned.

Kids in Camp Chill will also have the opportunity to do yoga, get art instruction, make a fun snack, AND MORE! 

Camp Chill is run in conjunction with our sister buisness Lehigh Valley Center for Child and Family Development (LVCCFD). LVCCFD is a psychology practice with trained clinicians to helpe your child learn these tools effectively!
