Description:

It's a cooking challenge with Emily Ring, RDN! Kids will learn tools to make a meal and then face off in a Chopped Cooking Challenge with Secret Ingredients and the Skills to Conquer the Kitchen! 

4 total classes: 3 culinary lessons + 1 team challenge

Kids will learn:  1) Knife Skills, 2) Flavor Exploration, 3) Planning and Plating. 

In the final camp day, kids will work in teams of 2-3 and each team will get 2 mystery baskets (1 for an entree, 1 for a dessert). They will plan and prepare their dishes describe their dishes, judging (from a mystery judge), and eating.
