Explore Manhasset Bay and all it has to offer as we dive into marine biology. Find univalves and bivalves, visit the osprey nest, and much more in a day filled with aquatic adventures!

Parents note:

• Workshop is from 10:00am-3:00pm 
• Holiday Workshops are drop-off programs
• All children should arrive with a packed lunch
• Snacks and science themed gifts available for purchase with cash or camper cash cards

Required age: Over 4 years old as of 7/31/2025

Notes: Our PreK classroom is located in the Visitor Center. Please enter via our visitor entrance, and walk your child over to the Visitor Center upon arrival. Drop-off begins at 9:45am. Cancellation Policy: Changes to workshop dates within 2 weeks of a schedule workshop are subject to a $25 admin fee. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks of a scheduled workshop can only receive a program credit, minus a $25 admin fee. Any cancellations made on the day of a scheduled workshop are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Prerequisites: Child must be at least 4 years old and toilet trained.
