Beginner Swim Clinic: Technique & Form Focus

This clinic is designed for swimmers who can already complete a 25-meter lap of front crawl, but want to refine their technique and improve their swimming efficiency. It’s perfect for those who are looking to take their skills to the next level by receiving personalized feedback on their stroke mechanics, breathing, body position, and overall form.

4 weeks - 60 minutes each!

May 7, 14, 21, 28

Throughout the clinic, participants will work on key aspects of front crawl, such as:

  • Stroke Technique: Refining hand entry, pull, and recovery to maximize propulsion and minimize drag.
  • Breathing and Timing: Improving breathing and proper timing to create a smooth and sustainable stroke cycle.
  • Body Position: Enhancing alignment to ensure a streamlined body position in the water, reducing resistance and increasing speed.
  • Kick Efficiency: Fine-tuning your flutter kick to maintain propulsion without wasting energy.

Each session will include drills, individual stroke analysis, and constructive feedback from our experienced coach to help you build better habits and feel more confident in the water. This clinic is ideal for anyone who wants to make their swim workouts more effective and enjoyable by improving their technique.

Note: This clinic is for swimmers who can already swim at least 25 meters front crawl.
