Description:

Are you newer to triathlon or looking to gain more confidence and efficiency in the water? Can you comfortably swim at least 100 metere without stopping, but want to improve technique, propulsion, and overall swim fitness? This swim clinic is designed for you.

Led by 3 coaches, this hands-on clinic will focus on helping newer-intermediate swimmers build better mechanics, efficiency, and confidence in the water, with plenty of individualized feedback.

What to Expect

Over the course of this session, participants will be introduced to key stroke technique concepts, including:

  • Proper body position and balance

  • Efficient catch and propulsion from arms and legs

  • Breathing and rotation - working on timing

The clinic will build on our previous clinic and be 100% in-water to maximize learning as well as video analysis and feedback.
