Description:

FOCUS is our new program that a set of 7 workshops that focuses on equipping young people with tools to help them navigate and understand mental health.

Each session includes activities and discussions which will help young people understand more about their own mental health and resilience. These sessions will equip them with tools that they can use to support themselves and others.

*The entrance to the ARC Youth Centre faces the large grass fields and up some stairs.

Required age: 13 - 16 years old on the day of the activity
