Description:

FOCUS is our program made up of a set of 5 workshops that focus on equipping young people with tools to help them navigate and understand mental health.

Each session includes activities and discussions which will help young people understand more about their own mental health and resilience. These sessions will equip them with tools that they can use to support themselves and others.

Location: ARC Youth Centre (Entrance is on the side facing a large field, you will need to go up some stairs).

Note: the time of this event has been changed to 4:30-6:00PM on Tuesdays.

Price: $20.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 12 - 16 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Location: ARC Youth Centre (2499 McMillan Rd). The ARC Youth Centre entrance faces the large grass fields and up some stairs.
