This female empowerment workshop invites you to play a vital role in supporting and promoting a wider definition of beauty. Using the Dove Self Esteem Program model, participants will learn to love themselves while engaging in some exciting activities and games along the way. (6 sessions).

Required age: 10 - 14 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Please bring a water bottle to each weekly session.

Prerequisites: This program is exclusively offered to Fraser Middle School students in Grades 6, 7 & 8.
