We are excited to introduce our first Intermediate Youth Volleyball House League program! This program runs over the course of 8 weeks, with each session consisting of 30 minutes of instructional drills followed by 1 hour of engaging gameplay. Teams will be organized based on the number of participants, ensuring that everyone has ample court time. 

This program is designed for athletes who have a solid understanding of the game and wish to gain more gameplay experience. The following skills are expected at this level:

• A consistent underhand or overhand serve  
• Understanding of using three hits as a team  
• Knowledge of the setter's role  
• The ability to call for the ball and move toward consistent serve reception.

Notes: Please have your athlete bring Indoor Shoes and a water bottle.
