AAA 3-on-3 sessions will begin with a warm-up specifically designed for the long-term development of the participating age groups. This warm-up will incorporate elements of physical literacy along with basketball-specific skills.

The remainder of each session will consist of 3-on-3 games. Canada Basketball supports this type of activity because it allows for high repetitions and frequent ball touches while promoting teamwork. To ensure everyone is involved in achieving success, the rules are simplified, resulting in non-stop action that is enjoyable for all participants!
