Description:

Children will discover some amazing areas of science with Discovery Lab! An introduction to chemistry will be explored through experiments with mixtures and colours. Students will travel to the stars as they learn about our solar system and rocketry. An examination of our senses and a look into our eyes will provide students the opportunity to use magnifying glasses and other cool scientific tools.

 

Weekly Topics: Adventures in Air, Colour Lab, Eye to Eye, Keep in Touch, Butterflies, Mad Mixtures, Magnetic Attraction, and Space Frontiers.

Required age: 4 - 6 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Students must be in Kindergarten. There is a minimum number of students required to run this program.
