This engaging class combines drawing and painting activities to nurture students' creativity and refine their artistic techniques. Participants will explore essential principles of both mediums, including art history, color theory, composition, and fundamental elements such as shapes, lines, angles, and forms. Through hands-on practice, students will receive individualized guidance from the instructor to support their artistic growth. Open to all skill levels, this class provides personalized instruction to help each student develop their unique artistic voice.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the class, students will gain:

·         Fundamental drawing and painting techniques

·         Skills in rendering shapes, lines, angles, and forms with precision

·         An understanding of perspective, shading, and proportion

·         Knowledge of composition principles for creating balanced artwork

Prerequisites: Your child must be in Grades 1-4 to participate in this class. There is a minimum number of student enrolments required to run this class.
