Immerse yourself in movement, choreography, and self-expression, with a holistic approach that enriches the body and mind. Improve your coordination, agility, flexibility, balance, and spatial awareness, while gaining self-confidence and making new friends!

This inclusive class is welcoming to beginners and experienced dancers alike. Students should wear comfortable clothing and must wear indoor only shoes in the Dance Studio.
