Casa is the home for the arts in Southern Alberta. Thank you for your interest in our educational programming. Please carefully review the classroom behaviour and refund policy before registering for a class or workshop. 

Classroom Behaviour

• Everyone must be treated with respect at all times
• Threatening/abusive language or physical behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Casa attendees who disrupt a class or workshop, interfering with the instructor’s teaching and peers ability to learn, will be asked to vacate the building and will forfeit their right to complete their educational program or attend classes and workshops in the future. 
• This policy applies to participants and students of all ages.
   

Refund Policy

• Full payment must be received at time of registration.
• Individuals withdrawing 7 days or more prior to the start date of their class or workshop will receive an 80% refund (20% is retained for admin fees).
• Registration fees may be transferred to a different course within the same session more than 7 days prior to the starting date of the program.
• Due to a minimum enrollment requirement for our classes and workshops we cannot reimburse participants, in part or whole, if they withdraw less than 7 days prior to the class start date.
• Individuals will receive a full refund for classes or workshops cancelled by Casa.
