Thank you for booking your event at the Annapolis Community Pool.
We are excited to have you at our facility and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions or special requests, please ask our Executive Director, Aimee Daigle. You may email annapoliscommunitypool@gmail.com at any time. 

Please review the following information prior to your rental time to ensure a safe and fun experience:  

1. All children who are non-swimmers must be supervised by a guardian and within arm’s reach in the pool at all times. Lifejackets will be provided. No more than 3 non-swimming children per guardian.

2. The rental fee includes use of the main pool, picnic pergola space, splash pad, grass area, change rooms / washrooms, lifeguard supervision (2 or 3), and BBQ access. 

3. Eating and drinking near the pool has to be strictly monitored. We suggest only serving snacks under the pergola and guests should be encouraged to sit to enjoy them. If you are using the BBQ, please alert the staff prior to your rental and we can be sure it is in working order for you. We respectfully ask that you refrain from messy/”light weight” foods like popcorn or small snacks as they often can blow into the pool. 

4. We ask you to use our recycling/garbage/compost containers and to leave the facility as you found it.  

5. There is a possibility that another program begins as your rental ends. A lifeguard can assist in clearing the pool with a whistle blow to ensure you are exited the pool with your group for your end time. 

6. Absolutely NO GLASS or CHEWING GUM is permitted. Please be mindful of this as you choose the dishes/drink containers you bring. Broken glass will result in pool closure/draining. Chewing gum can also damage the pool system.

7. Patrons are welcome to use our pool toys as long as the lifeguards do not see any hazardous behaviour. Pool floats are not permitted at our pool. 

8. CANCELLATION - WEATHER - Rentals are available in all weather conditions with the exception of thunder and lightning. A full refund will be given for thunder/lightning. 

9. CANCELLATION - OTHER REASONS - Any other extraneous circumstances requiring cancellation require advanced notice of at least 72 hours to receive a refund. Please communicate directly with Aimee at annapoliscommunitypool@gmail.com for this cancellation. This gives us ample time to secure another reservation in your rental block.
