Summer Programs 2022
Important information
Aquatica's summer programming is a great way to stay in shape, keep up with your synchro knowledge or learn the basics of synchro in a fun and relaxed environment.
STRENGTH, CONDITIONING & FLEX TRAINING
Our Strength, Condition & Flex program provides land-based activities that help increase athletes' strength, conditioning and flexibility - all important elements of artistic swimming. TRAINING DATES: July 4 to August 25, 2022 (no class on August 1st)
WEDNESDAY IN POOL TRAINING
Our weekly Wednesday in Pool Training is a way of keeping athletes "fet wet" through the summer break. We will be starting July 6th and running sessions until August 24th. Both weekly group training options as well as private/semi-private options available every Wednesday throughout July and August 2022. *pool space has now been confirmed for all summer programming*
SUMMER CAMPS
The Fit and Fun Camp is open to athletes new to artistic swimming, recreational athletes, and competitive athletes. Athletes will be split into groups based on ability and will have a fun week that builds their skills in artistic swimming regardless of their ability.
The Competitive Bootcamp is open to any athletes intending on competing in artistic swimming and strongly encouraged for athletes that will be in our high performance program in the 2022/2023 season. Athletes that are new to competitive are welcome to join. Again, athletes will be split based on their ability and work building a foundation to prepare them for the upcoming competitive season. Exciting guest - Canadian Olympian - Jacqueline Simoneau will be joining us this summer at our Competitive Bootcamp.
Camp Includes:
- Cap and nose clip for each athlete
- Land and water-based activities to build on artistic swimming and related skills
- Time spent on swimming skills, diving, flexibility, and strength
- Classes split based on each athlete’s age and ability so that all participants will be challenged appropriately
- Qualified and experienced artistic swimming coaches
If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2.75% fee will be added to your invoice.

2022 Competitive Bootcamp;

Cancellation Policy:
Aquatica Synchro Club – Summer Camp Refund Policy
Aquatica Synchro Club takes the health and safety of all participants seriously. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, our programming has been developed following Canada Artistic Swimming’s Return to Artistic Swimming guidelines and Manitoba Artistic Swimming Return to Play protocols, in conjunction with Sport Manitoba and the Province of Manitoba. Our participant numbers and activities have been adjusted to reflect these guidelines and protocols.
Due to the limited space available, payment in full must be made to reserve your spot. Our refund policy for summer camps and training programs is as follows:
- A full refund, less a $50 non-refundable administration fee, will be given if an athlete cancels at least 15 days prior to the start of the summer camp or training program.
- If an athlete needs to cancel less than 15 days prior to the start of the summer camp or training program due to illness, a medical issue or exceptional circumstances, consideration will only be given for switching to a different week of camp or for a credit towards the upcoming regular season training programs. A formal request, including a doctor’s note if applicable, must be provided for board consideration.
- No refunds or credits will be issued with less than two days notice.
- Missed days during a summer camp or training program will not be refunded or made-up at another date.
- All refunds or credits will be issued after the camp season is over.
- Requests for refunds should be made to treasurer@aquaticasynchro.com
If a summer camp or training program needs to be canceled due to facility closure related to COVID-19, and an alternate location and programming cannot be provided, a full refund will be given.
