Description:

Join us for a week designed to get athletes into “Synchro Shape” before the season begins. 

National Team Athlete and/or Coaches will be joining us- Stay tuned for an announcement on who!

Athletes will be split into groups based on their skill level and challenged accordingly. The camp features a variety of activities including:
-Artistic Swimming Skills
-Learning sections of National Team Routines
-Work on stroke technique & diving skills as needed in an artistic swimming context
-Work with guest coaches. This varies year to year based on availability but we have brought in speed swimming coaches, dance instructors, yoga instructors and flex specialists to enhance the athlete’s experience and build well-rounded artistic swimmers.
-Flexibility & Strength Training
-Sport Psych & Nutrition Exercises
-1:1 check-ins with Head Coach to discuss personal goals and progress 
-LTAD Specific training appropriate for each group. 

Athletes will also each be provided with a Cap and nose clip and will be led by our NCCP Certified Coaches.

Early Bird registration is $350.00 before June 1, 2024 for current club member

After June 1, 2024 registration cost will be $450.00

If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2.75% fee will be added to your invoice.

Notes: Before and after supervision is available for an additional cost of $25/week with prior notice. Before and after supervision starts at 8am and goes until 5pm.

Prerequisites: Athletes participating the Bootcamp are expected to be enrolled in competitive programming for the 2024/2025 season. They will be split into groups based on their skill/age so that everyone is challenged.  -New to Competitive -Provincial Stream -High Performance
