With our season ending in May, we want to make sure we still have training opportunities for those interested before summer.  Also, some athletes may be selected for Provincial teams that will be training together in July and competing in the Synch Competition mid-late July. We want to make sure we are providing our athletes with opportunities to train leading into these camps so that they are fit and can find success on provincial team over the summer.

Aquatica is offering extended season training for any current athletes interested in Deep End Recreational Programming, any current Competitive athletes and any 11-12, Youth and/or Junior athletes that were selected for the 2024 Manitoba Provincial team and want to maintain their fitness in June and work on skills for the Synch competition in July. 

Goal for in pool training will be to focus on:
Speed Swimming & Fitness in the pool
Figures & Technical skills
Routines (team, solos & duets) selected for Synch competition
