Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 5-7PM at Pan Am Pool

These practices  will emphasize enhancing flexibility through stretches and mobility exercises before swimming sets. We will incorporate "recovery" swimming, allowing swimmers to focus on technique and maintain a relaxed pace, which aids in muscle recovery.

Additionally we will implement targeted drills designed to refine stroke efficiency and build endurance, ensuring all athletes are primed and back in shape for Summer Games. We will maximize our time in the water while prioritizing recovery and flexibility for peak performance.
