Description:
The talk will take us back in time to watch the evolution of life crawling onto land and developing into birds and humans. Gazing along the path of evolution, we will see how primitive birds became the birds they are today. And what other animals and plants were around while they were learning how to fly. This program will humble us as we realize that birds and humans share common ancestors and that, in reality - they are our feathered cousins.
In partnership with the science talk, participants will experience an art workshop to explore different bird features and shapes to create a unique bird for a specific habitat.
