Program Description: Transform a bag of sawdust into an inoculated, habitat for Pleurotus ostreatus aka, Oyster Mushrooms. Stir fried, sautéed, baked, these mushrooms are a culinary delicacy. Register for this class to learn the cultivation techniques necessary to raise these mushrooms yourself. About the Teacher: Conor Cash Is a truly unique mushroom educator and artist. His mushroom series is made up of 6 educational workshops ranging from foraging to growing mushrooms. At the end of his series, Conor is going to hold an art exhibit at CEED.
