Nativity Handbuilding Animals | Wednesday, December 3rd | 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM | Ages 14+ Join Dionna Baker for a special class where you’ll handbuild nativity animals. Add to your clay Nativity set that will include 3 animals of your choice. You will learn simple techniques to create basic animal shapes. This is a 2 class process in which you will make the nativity set during the first class. Glazing will occur on one of the two dates offered. Projects will be ready for pickup just in time for Christmas. Instructor: Dionna Baker Program Policies: Refunds, Credits, and Scholarships While we’re unable to provide refunds, a class credit will be issued if a class is cancelled, which you can apply to other art classes or Open Studio sessions. If you or your child cannot attend due to illness (with a doctor’s note), we’re happy to offer a full class credit. For individual missed sessions in multi-week classes, we’re unable to provide credits, but you may choose to donate your credit to support children’s programming scholarships. We appreciate your understanding! Scholarships are available based on financial need, space, and funding. Notes: This class will take place in the Ceramic Studio, located in the basement of the GLASS Museum at 401 West Main Street.
Prerequisites: No prior clay experience is needed. All materials will be provided!
