Silent Reading Party with Plaid Elephant Books | Friday, March 28 | 7PM - 9PM PM | Ages 18+

Ready to escape the world for a little while? Join us for a cozy, intimate evening of silent reading at Murrini Café on Friday, March 28th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Slip into your most comfortable vibe, bring your favorite book (or pick up a new one from Plaid Elephant Books or the library!), and let the quiet energy of the evening wrap around you.

With a warm, soothing drink included in your ticket, relax into the ambiance of the café, where you can indulge in peaceful solitude with fellow book lovers. You can also enjoy a little something extra from our menu (alcoholic beverages are available, too for ages 21+).

The ticket price also includes a $10 gift card to Plaid Elephant! 

Here’s what the evening looks like:
7:00–7:30 pm – Order drinks, chat, and mingle
7:30–8:30 pm – Silent reading (seriously, no talking!)
8:30–9:00 pm – Chat and wrap up

This is your night to unwind, get lost in a page-turner, and let the cozy vibes set the tone. Come for the books, stay for the mood. We can’t wait to share this night with you.

Program Policies: Refunds, Credits, and Scholarships

While we’re unable to provide refunds, a class credit will be issued if a class is cancelled, which you can apply to other art classes or Open Studio sessions. If you or your child cannot attend due to illness (with a doctor’s note), we’re happy to offer a full class credit. For individual missed sessions in multi-week classes, we’re unable to provide credits, but you may choose to donate your credit to support children’s programming scholarships. We appreciate your understanding!
