Description:
Embark on a creative 8-week journey through Folktales and Folk Art, designed for young
artists! In this engaging class, students will explore traditional folk tales from around the world and create art inspired by these stories. Each week, they’ll dive into projects such as
colorful Carp Streamers from Japan, Inuit multi media paintings, Russian nesting dolls, and more.
Through storytelling and hands-on activities, students will develop artistic techniques,
enhance their fine motor skills, and gain an appreciation for diverse cultures and art forms.
