Garden-to-Table Trailblazers invites campers to dive into a vibrant week filled with hands-on gardening, creative food preparation, and inspiring leadership activities.

Participants will explore the art of garden maintenance and harvesting, master composting, and whip up delicious food and drinks using fresh ingredients. Each day features dynamic workshops in urban agriculture, sustainability, and climate action, fueling collaboration, creativity, and confidence.

Led by experienced, professional staff who are fully first aid and CPR certified, this camp promises a safe, energetic, and supportive environment for every participant.

Required age: 9 - 13 years old as of 12/31/2026

Notes: Pre/Post Care: 8:30-9:00am and 4:00-4:30pm included Lunch is included for all camp registrations. Our dining room provides healthy and delicious meals with a variety of choices. Special dietary needs are supported by our Food Services team.
