PROGRAMME AIDE AUX DEVOIRS 2024-2025

Inscriptions

• Les inscriptions pour le programme parascolaire sont réservées aux enfants (6-12 ans) scolarisés à l’école primaire de la Petite-Bourgogne. 
• Un minimum de 2 jours de participation par semaine est requis pour pouvoir inscrire votre enfant au programme parascolaire d'aide aux devoirs. 

Paiements et remboursements

• Frais d’inscription à l'aide aux devoirs : 90$ par enfant. 
• Un remboursement total est effectué si vous annulez votre inscription avant le 1er jour du programme. Un remboursement partiel (50%) est proposé si l’annulation a lieu au cours des 15 jours suivant le début du programme. 
• Le mode de remboursement est le même que le mode de paiement utilisé au moment de l’inscription.
• Si vous faites un paiement en argent comptant, vous avez jusqu'au 15 août pour effectuer le paiement sur à notre local au 810 rue Chatham. Si le paiement n'est pas effectué à temps, vous allez être DÉSINSCRITS de nos activitées.

Heures d'ouvertures pour le paiement en argent comptant:

• Lundi au jeudi 11h00 à 17h30
• Vendredi de 11h00 à 16h30

Absences et retards

• Si vous prévoyez que votre enfant soit absent une journée ou plus, merci de nous avertir en nous appelant au bureau (438-380-0667). 
• Si votre enfant participe à une activité parascolaire avec l’école (sport, tutorat, etc.), merci de nous en faire part en nous téléphonant. Si pour cette raison, votre enfant ne peut pas être présent à la sortie des classes à 15h15, il est de votre responsabilité de l’amener par la suite à son local de l’Atelier 850 ou de nous informer que votre enfant peut nous rejoindre par ses propres moyens. Il en va de même pour les retenues. 
• Au bout de 4 absences non-justifiées, pour lesquelles nous n’avons pas été avertis, nous accorderons votre place à celle d’une autre famille en attente d’une place. 

Activités et aide aux devoirs

• Pour pouvoir participer aux activités organisées au centre sportif de la Petite-Bourgogne, votre enfant doit être habillé adéquatement (vêtements et souliers confortables pour courir et bouger). Il en va de même pour les activités à l’extérieur, selon la saison (pantalons de neige et bottes requis). 
• Pour l’aide aux devoirs, il est de la responsabilité de votre enfant d’avoir dans son sac à dos le matériel nécessaire pour travailler (agenda, liste de vocabulaire, cahier de devoirs, etc.). En cas d’oublis répétés, vous serez avertis et un suivi sera effectué auprès de l’enfant.

AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM 2023-2024

Registrations

• Registrations for the after-school program are reserved for children (6-12 years old) attending the Petite-Bourgogne elementary school.

• A minimum of 2 days of participation per week is required to enroll your child in the homework assistance after-school program

Payments and Refunds

• Homework assistance program registration fee: $90 per child.

• A full refund is issued if you cancel your registration before the program's first day. A partial refund (50%) is offered if the cancellation occurs within 15 days of the program's start.

• The refund method is the same as the payment method used at the time of registration.

• No deposits are possible (absence of payment at the time of registration = invalid registration). However, if the registration amount exceeds $200 (for a sibling's registration, for example), the payment can be made in 2 installments (the first at the time of registration for $50 of the fees, the second within the next 15 days).

• If you make a cash payment, you have until August 15 to make the payment at our location at 810 Chatham Street. If the payment is not made on time, you will be UNENROLLED from our activities.

• Monday to Thursday 11h00 to 17h30

• Friday 11h00 to 16h30

Absences and Tardiness

• If you anticipate that your child will be absent for a day or more, please notify us by calling the office at (438) 380-0667.

• If your child is participating in a school extracurricular activity (sports, tutoring, etc.), please inform us. If, for this reason, your child cannot be present at the 3:15 PM dismissal time, it is your responsibility to bring them to their Atelier 850 location afterward or to inform us that your child can join us independently. The same applies to detentions.

• After 4 unexcused absences for which we have not been notified, we will offer your spot to another family on our waiting list.

Activities and Homework Assistance

• To participate in activities organized at the Petite-Bourgogne sports center, your child must be dressed appropriately (comfortable clothing and shoes for running and moving). The same applies to outdoor activities, depending on the season (snow pants and boots may be required).

• For homework assistance, it is your child's responsibility to have the necessary materials in their backpack for their work (agenda, vocabulary list, homework notebook, etc.). In case of repeated forgetfulness, you will be notified, and follow-up will be conducted with the child.
