With a renewed partnership with the  Vail Valley Foundation and YouthPower365, the Town of Avon will host the annual Turkey Trot Race in Harry A. Nottingham Park this year!  The Town will offer a 2K and 5K race in Harry A. Nottingham Park to provide a fun and healthy way for our community to gather this Thanksgiving! The Avon Turkey Trot is a 2K or 5K Run/Walk with costumes highly encouraged!  

5k pricing is $20 per person and you must sign an individual waiver. Prices increase by $5 on race day and a waiver must be signed. Kids 5 and under can race for free! You do not need to register kids under 5.

CHECK-IN: All 5K race participants can check in in the Recreation Center between 8:30 a.m. and 9:25 a.m. The 5k race will start at 9:30 a.m.

Join us for stretching from 9:15-9:25 a.m. with one of Avon's recreation fitness instructors.  

Please bring your own water bottle filled with water.

Notes: Bib pickup begins on 11/25 until race day. Bibs can be picked up at the Avon Recreation Front Desk. Recreation Center Hours Monday-Wednesday 6:00 AM-9:00 PM
