Description:

Class lasting an hour and a half where you will learn the technical bases necessary to move through space safely in heels; warm-ups in the center and bar with jazz and ballet techniques, diagonals that will develop your musicality and laterality, and choreography with styles such as burlesque, hip hop, reggaeton, among other styles, to reinforce concepts learned through musical combos. All this in a safe space to connect, have fun and discover your strength and sensuality.

 

Clase con duración de hora y media donde aprenderás las bases técnicas necesarias para desplazarte en el espacio de manera segura en tacones; calentamientos en centro y barra con técnicas de jazz y ballet, diagonales que desarrollaran tu musicalidad y lateralidad, y coreografía con estilos como burlesque, hip hop, reggaeton, entre otros estilos, para reforzar conceptos aprendidos a través de combos musicales. Todo esto en un espacio seguro para conectar, divertirte y descubrir tu fuerza y sensualidad
