Spring 2025

Spring Break Sports Camp

Campers will have a ball participating in a variety of exciting sports and camp activities at the Gahanna Spring Break Camp! Children will be introduced to sports and engage in activities in a fun and encouraging way! Sports include soccer, basketball, flag football, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, floor hockey and much more! Camp will also feature traditional camp games such as kickball, dodgeball, capture the flag, and more. Our coaches are trained to provide constant encouragement, constructive feedback, and to implement modifications for each skill level. Our camp will promote sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, positive social interactions, and the enjoyment of physical activity. Bally Sports Camps ensure that each camper has a great time while being physically active.

Learn to Play Pickleball!

Come learn the fastest growing sport in the area with Bally Sports Group! Each week will be split into an instructional and gameplay portion. Participants will learn how to hit dinks, drives, smashes, lobs and serves. Participants will also learn the rules of the game and taught basic strategy. Our program leaves children feeling excited about what they've learned, and encourages them to continue with the sport while getting quality physical activity!

Who: Children ages 7-12

When: Wednesday evenings; April 2nd - April 30th

Time: 5 - 6 PM (Ages 6-9); 6 - 7 PM (Ages 10-12)

Little Sluggers T-Ball

Bally Sports Group’s Little Sluggers is a great introduction to the game of baseball for young children. Using age appropriate activities, players will be introduced to fundamentals of baseball in an atmosphere that is supportive, fun, and encouraging. Each week, the program will include an instructional portion that will introduce players to batting, base running, fielding, throwing, and catching. A modified game will also be played each week. Parent participation is welcomed, but Bally Sports staff will lead the program. The Little Sluggers T-Ball Program will provide your child with a fun and positive t-ball experience that will encourage continued participation in the sport! All participants need is a baseball glove.

Minor League Baseball

Bally Sports Group Minor League Baseball is a great introduction to coach-pitch baseball for beginning baseball players! Skills taught will include batting, fielding, throwing, and catching. The program will also include both practice and a modified, non-competitive game each week. As weeks progress, new aspects of the game/game scenarios will be added to allow children to learn within the context of the game. Parent Participation is welcomed in this program. Coaches will emphasize the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship in a positive atmosphere. Kids will leave the program wanting to continue their baseball careers! All participants need is a baseball glove.

Summer 2025

Mini Soccer Stars

Bally Sports leads an age appropriate program that utilizes fun games and activities to teach the fundamentals to beginning soccer players. Coaches focus on teaching the basics of dribbling, passing, scoring, and the concept of game play. Proper sportsmanship is emphasized in a positive and encouraging atmosphere enabling children to enjoy learning soccer while also have fun being physically active. Each week will include both developmentally appropriate instruction and recreational, non-competitive game play.

Who: Children ages 3-9

When: Saturday mornings; June 7th - July 12th (no class July 5th)

Time: 9 - 10 AM (Ages 3-4); 10 - 11 AM (Ages 5-6); 11 AM - 12 PM (Ages 7-9)

Fee: $90 Resident; includes team shirt

Gahanna Summer Sports and Activity Camp! 

Join Bally Sports Group this summer for an active and fun summer camp experience!  Campers will be introduced to a different sport each week, where instruction will be delivered in a positive and encouraging way.  Instruction will be tailored to each child’s skill level to be based on their experience in the sport.  Camp will also feature traditional games and activities, including camp games, nature walks, trivia, and more. Bally Sports will put an emphasis on a certain life virtue relating to sports each week. Bally Sports employs coaches with a strong educational background, experience in a wide variety of sports and a passion for working with children.  All-day camps are staffed at an appropriate ratio to ensure proper safety. Join in on the fun this summer!
