Meditating Women's Circle

Every third Friday of the month (March 20, April 17, May 15). 5:30-6:30 PM, $10, Ages 18+. Room A.

Join us every third Friday for a gentle reset after a busy week. This is a sacred and safe space for women to gather in community and connection through quiet and meditation and reflective journaling. Expect meditation suitable for all levels, time for personal reflection and journaling, a warm welcoming environment to unwind and reconnect, and herbal tea to help calm and sooth.

What to bring:

Jounal and pen, blanket or mat/cushion (the rec can provide but you can also use your own).
